Go to the official website of NIOS: www.nios.ac.in.

Complete the online application form correctly with your information, such as state, type of identity, identity number, and course for which you are eligible.
Upload all the supporting documents required.
Pay the fee as prescribed.
Save the form for later use.
Study Center/Facilitation Center/Regional Center Help
You may also approach your local NIOS study center/facilitation center or regional center for help with online registration.
They will assist you with the process and clarify any questions.
Common Service Centers:
You may also avail yourself of the services of the Common Service Centers (CSCs) of the Government of India for online registration.

If you hold a High School/Secondary Certificate issued by a foreign board, you must append a certificate issued by the concerned embassy to the effect that the examination is at par with the Indian High School/Secondary Examination.
